When I got my 2 i put Mobil 1 75W90 gear oil in. It was fine, it always shifted up smooth, but downshifts were always a bit notchy and it made a noticeable whine in 1st and 2nd gear. Its been 2 years and a handful of track days since I put the Mobil 1 in my tranny so i figured it was time to change. After some research on the internet I got Redline Lightweight Shockproof and it lives up to the hype. Downshifting is smooth, upshifting is *even* smoother, which makes cracking off fast
