S54 transmission. Was hearing chatter noise with the clutch engaged, regardless of gear, and even in neutral. Soon the noise turned into a whine (similar to dogbox whines) that came in any gear. Later, it feels like the gears are slipping (not the clutch) as there is a big grinding sound in low-RPM high-throttle, and the car hesitates before it moves. Finally, the transmission fluid sprayed out from somewhere, on the ground and all over the engine bay. I
