How to remove this badly stripped screw? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I was changing out the door strikers on my 91. It is held down by two screws that I actually could not loosen with a screwdriver by hand, they were on way too tight. I had to use a power drill instead. I got down to the last screw and stripped it, and rounded it out really bad. What would be the best method of getting this removed?
