Hi all, I bought a 1990 MR2 GT the other day. It apparently has a 1998 motor swapped into it. Going into third (from second or forth) without easing it in very slowly creates a grind-like noise. Shifting hard makes an awful grind noise, and a gentle shift will usually only create a kind of buzz/vibration. At low speeds a gentle shift will work fine. The noise feels and sounds like it
