3S-GTE JDM 3rd Gen Turbo Engine, fuel, detonation, power, abruptly, lose, hitting, experience, wall, engine, hard, roughly, cold, factory, limit, boost, causing

If its cold outside and I hit the factory boost limit (roughly 18 PSI), causing the engine to abruptly lose power (like hitting a wall), did I experience a hard fuel cut, or detonation?
