Hello, Been looking through the forums and still had a couple of questions regarding this. I recently purchased a 91 turbo mr2 from another state (so its listed as a federal car) however now i am preparing to smog it in CA. The last owner removed the cat and put on a flowmaster. I am going to replace the CAT and add a more smog appropriate muffler. My question is do I need to only add one cat since it is a federal car (my understanding is CA mr2s had a primary and secondary and federal has
