Am I prewired for fog lights on my mr2??? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I have scoured the internet, and for some reason cant find the location for the wire that connects the fog lights in the bumper. I have the fuse location and wire under the steering wheel, which should mean im prewired. But for some reason i just cant find the wire. Any suggestions? Am I missing something? Thanks for any help.
