p/s, pump, steering, 3S-GE JDM Non-Turbo Engine, battery, relay, back, start, hurt, switching, cleans, contacts, working, times, seconds, reconnect, wait, 1991, disconnect, problem, switch, power, sw20, trick, connected, on/off

100% rebuilt rack, P/S light is working on dash, clears after starting the car, but no power steering. If course, i checked the fluid and there are no leaks. I would think the problem is the power steering pump, but I would also think a bad pump would trigger the light??? Relay has power too. Any ideas? Thanks.
