3S-GE JDM Non-Turbo Engine TPS and MAP readings [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I have checked the MAP (3 wires) and TPS (4 wires) with a multimeter: MAP: the reference wire was at 5.05 Volts, while the middle wire at 4.54 (signal) and the ground (third wire) at 0.02. Also, when I connected the multimeter between the first and the third it showed 5 Volts. Then, I plugged the second and the third wire and I received a reading of 2.2 Volts (both, key on engine off) and with the engine at idle.
