I spent hours upon hours trying to find my problem but I can’t seem to figure it out so I’m seeking advice, last week I removed my exhaust manifold to paint it and rust prevent it and after I put it back on, the idle started fluctuating going from about 700 rpms to 2000 rpms constantly. I’ve seen this before and it’s usually the idle air control valve so I went to my local junkyards and pulled 3 different iacs.
