I hear a lot about people needing some new flet pads because their window starts to rattle and shake. I had my door apart and i looked at the little pad, looked worn, but the thing is fully adjustable, all you have to do is loosen the bolt right behind and slide it against the window, then tighten the bolt, am i missing something?
