When I had the swap done back in August ,the cataylatic converter was not installed in the new exhaust. But I thought my emissions problems were going to be in the lack of EGR. So I put a toyota spec cat & still got basically the same numbers as no cat at all. Next , tried one off a camry. Better numbers but still didn
