downshift, gear, lauching, grinding, complete, noob, stuff, japan, months, launch, till, grind, hear, question, reaches, transmission, proper, grinds, redline, shift

sometimes when i downshift to second gear i can always hear it grind. as well if i launch it in first gear till it almost reaches redline and i shift to second it grinds as well. If anyone could tell me the proper way of lauching the car. As well as why it is grinding when i downshift? I just got this car a few months ago from japan so i am a complete noob at this stuff for now
