screws, broke, foglights, parts, number, back, replace, rusted, bulbs, decide, problems, burnt, stripped, drill, question, guessing

so me and my dad decide to see if we can take out the foglights cause both of them are burnt out. We got one out with no problems and the other one the screws are stripped and one of them the nut broke off...So im guessing the only way is to drill it off so my question is how will i put it back on since the nut broke off? and what is the parts number for the screws for the foglights since they are rusted might as well replace them when i get the new bulbs in.
