mirrors, plug, broke, bliss, ignorance, door, loosen, disclaimer, panels

Ok...Ok...I need to know how to take the door panels off or just loosen them up a bit around where the mirrors plug in. I would rather ask than have to buy something new because I broke something. Thanks for the help.
