hey everyone! well i have this problem since i buyed the car is a 91 3s-gte turbo i have a few problems the fisrt and most important is that the turbo isnt giving a full boost it only boost to the middle part of the gauge and stays there i feel the engine a little loosy from these problem and i dont know what to dooo! help! and the other pickle is that the cooling fans are always on! i dont know why they are on all the time
