brake caliper paint, how to make it stick? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I bought the duplicolor brake caliper painting kit and it looks great, but everytime i put my wheel back on and i just barely tap it a big chip comes off. I was wondering if theres something i could put on before the brush of paint, some kind of spray primer? that would make the paint stick better. I cleaned the caliper the best i could, but i guess its still not enough. Thanks.
