price, type, well.my, question, fair, rust, gonna, ride, title,also, miles, it.the, mrs,it, found, 2000, 9800.now, salvage, hole, flood, worth

i have found an 2000 mrS,it has 26k miles on it.the asking price is 9800.now i dont think it is worth it due to it being a flood salvage title,also it has a hole in the top as well.my question is what is a fair price for this type of car and what should i look at other than say rust if i was gonna get this ride?
