so i drove 114 miles to check out the 91 mr2 NA that this guy is selling it has major rust on the quarter panel but the thing that really bothers me is that the engine which is remanufactured and ordered from toyota dealership and installled by the dealership has the vin tag TAMPERED and bent and it seems that they scratched off completely the vin and bent the whole thing. is this really what they do on remanufatured engine? is this kind of thing normal? the guy has recipt and everything to
