94 NA tranny help needed [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

Ok, my 94 na 2.2 with 140,000mi has recently developed a vibration in the rear that occurs about 70mph under acceleration to about 80mph. The car has new tires, alignment, and struts. (less thank 5k on all) Upon inspecting the rear, I noticed that transmission fluid is leaking out of the pasanger side driveshaft seal at the transmission where the yoke goes in. My question... Since the transmission shifts fine, and makes no strange noises, is it worth pulling apart just to replace the seals
