Just wanted to tell everyone that this stuff WORKS! I thought I was going to have to get a new transmission, because second gear synchro was very choppy. I replaced the gear oil with 1qt Pennzoil Synchromesh and ~2qt Mobile1 75W90 gear oil. Now the shift is perfectly smooth, regardless of how cold it is outside, or how cold the transmission is. If you have this problem, take the 60 minutes to drain and replace your gear oil with this stuff. It works great.
