Boost Gauge...where to take reading from? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I was wondering what you guys think. Should I have my boost gauge read the MAP or should I t it into the vacume hose between the compressor housing and the wastegate actuator where my controller is? Or does it not even matter. I was thinking that if I have it read the MAP, I will know if there is a boost leak on my 5sfte.
