It was a perfect day for a drive, no weather problems to know of. I was worried because 3 days earlier it was raining. This is one of the reasons I had to rush my move to Reno. The route was to take the very scenic US 395 North all the way to Reno from Oceanside, CA. The exact route was CA 76 West to I-15 North to the 395 North to the 80 West to my new residence.
