N/A's slow in 3rd gear up [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

pick, gear, engine, slow, making, noise, drags, sucking, foot, hear, problem, drop, back, floor, launch, sucks, make, completely, pull, hard, peel, lose, tuned, feels, suck, n/as, torque

So I just got my MR2 completely tuned up and 1st and 2nd gear pull hard but when I get to 3rd it just sucks When I launch it I can make first and second peel out but when I get to 3rd oh man does it suck (It feels like I lose a lot of torque) I put my foot on the gas and I hear it sucking in air and the engine making noise but it drags to pick up (even when I floor it) (Sometimes I just want to drop it back to 2nd to pick up...lol) Does anyone know what could be the problem?
