Please, need info on engine swaps and the Mk III MR-S! [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I was thinking of buying an MR-S to work on, however I am not too happy with the stock NA 140BHP Celica that it comes with. My question to you is what would be the best engine choice for a ~280-300RWHP build? 3SGTE? 2ZZGE? Rebuild the stock 1.8l?
