- I was just wondering if anyone has an idea how much parts would cost to do the auto to manual tranny swap... if i were to do it myself i mean. and what parts do i need. i know there is the tranny, axles, shifter, clutch, clutch master cylinder, brake pedal, ecu (i would rather have a manual ecu in stead of tricking the auto ecu). what other parts are needed... if any? ALSO what are the advantages and disadvantages of JDM?? i know some people don
