so heres the story. this guy on the other board (you all know what one) says he has a fresh rebuilt upgraded turbo. in a few listings before, he has it for 400 but he created a new post stating everything in pic 100 and then lists a bunch of parts including the turbo. i msg him about it get some pics and info on it, say ill take it and when he msgd me back, he says so it will be 435 shipped. i was like wtf. he comes back and says oh well my post says or best or better offer and im not gunna
