MSD BTM 5462/8910eis install help [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I am installing the above on my 91 5sfe. I have every thing ran and mounted, but the wiring I am not positive about. The control knob is hooked up properly. The 8910 is plugged into the BTM properly. That leaves the red and black wires from the 8910 and the red, orange, and white wires from the BTM. If I am not mistaken the white wire is not used. Now, instructions say that: BTM wire red=coil positve (which is 12v switched) BTM wire orange=coil negative (I think)8910 wire red=BTM
