timing belt problem...help me pleazzze! [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

belt, tentioner, timing, causing, shaving, covering, places, smooth, good, tight, rotates, rotating, mass, walks, inside, motor, 3sgte, problem, pleazzze, shaved, surely, slowly

the timing belt on my 3sgte walks into the inside of the motor which causes it to slowly but surely get shaved down so that there is shaving covering the belt tentioner. what could be causing this??? the tentioner is new, all of the rotating mass rotates smooth, and the belt is good and tight in all the right places. whats going on?
