turbo, 5s-fe, bolt, 3sgte, manifold, downpipe, cleect, guys, make, weld, 5sfte, flange

hi guys. i have a t3 turbo as you know im trying to cleect everything to make my 5s-fe a 5sfte. I want to know if i will have to cut and weld the flange when i guy the 3sgte manifold so i can bolt on the t3 turbo. would it just fit up or no? what about the downpipe?
