- ok so new plugs and one of my wires broke...well cracked and now im killing gas like crazy and i have to order new wires..so what else could it be..i repaired the wire just for point a to b but damnit what else could it be..any recommendations?? what else could cause such crappy mileage..i see maximas and elcipses getting 300-400 miles per tank and damnit i cant take it any more when i get 230 before the change of plugs and broken wire.ngk iridiums inside stock plugs..
