Problems with my sw20 [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I just got my mkII a few days ago and I ran into a few problems and was wondering if you guys might know what is going on with it. I have a very miniscue knowledge about cars but I am hoping to change that. Right now the car is misfiring pretty bad so I am in the process of replacing the plugs, distributor cap, rotor, and wires. Hopefully that will fix the misfire. The car also idles very low... close to 0 rpm. It stalled on me a few times while driving and coming to a stop. I am
