Why is this spitting oil in my engine bay? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I put a post up about this a while ago but now i have some pics. If anyone knows what this is and what I can do to fix it please grace me with your wisdom, cuz I got no clue whats going on. My cousin thinks it is the manual boost controler but why is there only one hose (with a lot of slack on it) but 4 threaded ports?
