Wrapping intercooler piping [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

Has anyone ever wrapped their intercooler piping with like header wrap, or thermoshield stuff? i was reading about it on a different forum and i dont think i ever saw another mr2 with it. It would make since, considering the piping is directly over the engine, maybe doing that will reduce the temperature on the intake side a bit.
