Hey everybody. I stopped driving my mr2 about 3 years ago because of this problem that happened. I was driving home one day and stopped to get some gas, when I left the gas station the car was sputtering a little bit and about 5 miles down the road started clicking real loudly. I pulled over and got it towed home. I had a similar problem when I broke a valve spring in my integra so I figured it was that, I pulled the valve cover off and everything in there looks perfect! I let the car sit.
