5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine, start, rains, check, stay, lights, sensor, ideas, prob, rain, snow, mechanic, engine, rotor, engien, fixed, changed, thought, light, gaskets, exhaust, sealed, repleaced, made, intake, buttoned, wrong

Ok when I go to start my 2 after it rains I thought I had it all fixed changed out the gaskets on the exhaust made sure intake was all buttoned up and repleaced and sealed cap and rotor but I was wrong. When I go to start the check engine and oil lights stay on not sure why some one help !!!! Only does this in rain and snow. My mechanic said it is prob a sensor any ideas ???
