Door ajar light. [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I was driving home from school in the rain (My t-tops leak) monday night and my door ajar light came on out of nowhere. I opened and closed my door and nothing happened. I did the same to the passenger door and the light turned off for about 6 miles or so before the light gradually turned on and got brighter as well as the lights on each door. Do you think this is caused by a short from the water or a broken wire in the door loom?
