lights, tail, work, pulled, break, sametime, dash, working, happened, percent, faulty, fancy, today, ticket, warning, bulbs

Got pulled today.... got off with a warning... now let me break it down for you because I need some help... I was pulled over for faulty tail lights.. BOTH of them are out... not just one. but my break lights work. now Idk if its possible that both bulbs could got out at the sametime... or if its something else... I need your help please also my dash lights dont work either but I think I THINK my tail lights were still working when that happened... not 100 percent though... please help
