Power window motor and switch contacts on driver side door [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

Hey guys, Two part question: 1. Anyone know of some really good references on working with your windows? Like changing alignment, replacing the motor and that sort of stuff. I took a look at it and it looks overwhelming. 2. I took my door panel switches out on my drivers side. I wanted to clean the contacts because the windows, on both sides, were kind of finicky to whether they reacted to the switch or not. All went good, clean a lot of black build up off, put them back in and tested.
