turbo, stroker, question, worth, price, doin, advance, parts, gonna, spend, wondering, wanted, night, $400, offered, friend, gen2, threads, swap

so i have a 93 NA and last night i got offered a 16g turbo by my friend for $400. originally i wanted to do either a gen2 or 3 swap but lately (thanks to the threads here) ive been wondering about doin a stroker. my question is, if i did do the stroker, would the turbo be worth it? i know the price is already low for it, but am i gonna spend a lot on parts? thanks in advance for any help.
