5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine, steering, power, leak, problem, problems, time, happen, foam, wrap, metal, drive, thoughts, turning, starting, fluid, leaking, rightside, underneath, functioning, side, location, coolant, heater, lines, boot, expensive, guess

My only 2 problems right now are the following... Problem I: Power steering leak on only the right side. It is still functioning but power steering fluid is leaking on the rightside underneath. location is near the boot. Is this an expensive fix? Problem II: Coolant leak from heater lines ( just my guess because they are metal with foam wrap). This doesnt happen all the time though... seems only when starting up and then after turning off after a drive. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
