how do you know or check if bov is working ? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

working, hear, sounds, checking, waste, gate, valve, type-s, greddy, check, drive, move, 3-4k

i have a greddy type-s bov and when i rev it up i dont see the little valve move but when i drive the car and the rev is at 3-4k rpm i do hear something which sounds like a bov. am not sure if its the waste gate. whats the best way of checking if the bov is indeed working or not
