Ok heres the case. The people before that owned my 91 NA put a new cat on the car, but what they did is cut off the pipes, stick the cat in, put exhaust clamps and weld the bottom side which is accessable without removing the exhaust or muffler. So now, i have no way of removing the muffler without cutting the pipe, because they cut the muffler before the exhaust flange, so its all one piece now. I want to install a turbo muffler on my car, so i was thinking i would just cut the flange off the
