mesh, vent, side, sitting, stones, inter-cooler, found, feel, inside, drivers, turbo, cover, passenger, hand

Hi, my mr 2 turbo has a mesh vent on the inside of the drivers side air vent cover but it has none on the right hand passenger side air vent. Should the right side have a mesh also especially since the inter-cooler is sitting so near. I found stones sitting just below the inter-cooler too and i feel if there was a mesh those stones would not be there. Thanks
