3S-GTE USDM Turbo Engine, engine, temp, feels, running, normal, heavy, cold, bothers, boosting, heard, step, start, turbo, reach, suppost, moving, working

went start to running at the engine at cold temp. and you step on the gas the car feels very heavy and you heard the turbo boosting and not moving like suppost to, but went the engine reach at the working normal temp it feels ok, that bothers me a lot its that normal or what it could be?
