Location for exterior temperature [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

temp, temperature, cabin, engine, blah, thinking, ideas, kind, thing, racer, mount, guages, exterior, wondering, outdoor, panesabove, place, location, sensor, guess

I am thinking of doing 2 temperature guages in my car, outside temp, just cuz its fun to know the temperature outside, and possible cabin temp or engine bay temp. I was wondering what is the best place to mount the sensor for all 3 of these. For the outdoor temp i was thinking under the car below the panes(above i guess) so it gets the air but not the sun. Not sure for engine bay, and not sure for cabin, i need some ideas. Again this is kind of a just for fun thing and its not something a racer
