I am rebuilding my Gen 3 3sgte. Today I ordered my CP Pistons, Eagle rods, and bearings. I also need the gasket set, but I am not sure what I should go with. I found fel-pro kits and a lithia kit for the whole engine. But I was wondering about the head gasket, whether either kits would work for race applications? Should I go with a race application head gasket like HKS?? What is the difference? Please help, share some knowledge, or any recommendations? Thank you
