My son and I are rebuilding restoring a rolled, wrecked 91 SW20. I am having issues with electrical and it seems that nothing off of the drivers kick panel fuse block has power. I have checked all fuses but have no radio, turn signals, instrument lights, cig lighter and more. Car runs fine. front headlights are not on, front side fender maker lights not on just to let you all know. THe car has a Avital alarm system and it appears to be spliced into this fuse block.
