BAH! car is still running too rich [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

running, rich, connected, ideas, causing, problem, paul, smoke, black, hoping, sensors, code, wich, changed, timing, temp, week, tested, sensor, doubtful

ok, so ive set timing, changed the 02 sensor(s), im getting a code 24 wich is air temp sensor. tested it, it was bad.. so im getting a new one this week. im hoping this is the cause of why i am still running rich. but im doubtful, since with my last two i didnt even have it connected, and i wasnt getting any black smoke like i am now. anyone have any ideas on what else could be causing the problem? thanks. -paul
