5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine, shifting, problems, doen, grinding, gear, suggestions, diffivult, fully, depressed, clutch, reac, throw, gears, short, qiuckly, shift, slowly, grinds, transmissoin, synchro, tome, thrd, worst, moving, coming

my transmissoin grinds going into second gear when shifting qiuckly, if i shift slowly, no problems at all. down shifting to second is the worst, when moving and coming doen from thrd it doesnt like it at all. it goes into gear every tome, it just seems like sometimes i get a bit of grinding. doen shifting into first with the clutch depressed fully is diffivult until i reac about 10 mph or less as well. i have the TRD short throw and no problems at all with the other gears. any suggestions?
